Developing management and research tools to help us coexist with a biodiversity hotspot.

Dr Jasper Slingsby, from SAEON Fynbos Node, will presen the Department of Statistical Sciences seminar, with a talk entitled, "Developing management and research tools to help us coexist with a biodiversity hotspot".

In this talk he will outline part of his research programme testing the viability of a biodiversity and fire observation system for the Cape Peninsula that provides practical tools for managers, while collecting valuable data for long-term research.
